The Ski School reserves the right to make any changes to the program and price.
In the event that the School deems the number of participants in a group course insufficient, it reserves the right to convert the amount paid by the customer for that course into private lessons, taking into account the price list in force in the period in question.
To complete the booking, we ask for the balance at the time of confirmation, which must be paid before the lesson.
1 hour of individual lesson is considered to be 55 minutes, just as group courses end 15 minutes before the start of the next hour.
We are not responsible for the level of the course declared by the participants during the registration phase. The instructors are the only people authorized to establish the correct level of a student, based on the objective technical skills demonstrated;
In the event that the student's level is not compatible with that of the other participants, it will be possible to propose the conversion of the amount paid into private hours, subject to availability.
Out of respect for the other members of the group and the teacher, you cannot wait for a participant who is late or join the group once the session has started;
Please notify the teacher and the secretariat in case of any food intolerances or illnesses or disabilities of the students.
Please notify the teacher in case of absence;
Third party liability insurance is mandatory, we strongly recommend that our clients have valid accident insurance;
For private lessons with a "teacher on request", we reserve the right to change at any time, for secretarial reasons, with a professional who has the same qualities indicated by the client.
They can be carried out with more than one person only if they have the same level, adults and children cannot be together for a question of teaching and physicality;
Private lessons cannot be converted into group lessons and vice versa
We accept online payments via our website or payment link issued by the secretariat, by bank transfer and with all major credit cards (NO American Express) and in cash at the offices.
Booked and unattended ski courses and lessons will not be refunded.
Lessons will take place in all weather conditions.
In the event that the weather conditions prevent the opening of the ski lifts, the booked and unattended services will be refunded via a voucher equal to the value of the amount paid but not actually used.
In serious cases (injury or illness) the amount not used by the customer will be refunded starting from the day after the presentation of the medical certificate, issued by the local ASL.
No refund will be made via cash, but via bank transfer.
Parents or guardians must present themselves at the point agreed with the teacher at the beginning and end of the lesson to return the underage student. In the event of a delay, the teacher reserves the right to accompany the student to the School office.
